Expert Contact Lens Fitting & Evaluation

Contact lenses aren't one-size-fits-all. Dr. Mancini performs a separate contact lens evaluation in addition to your comprehensive eye exam to ensure the right fit, material, and lens type for your eyes.

Your fitting includes:

  • Corneal measurements and tear film evaluation
  • Trial lens assessment for comfort and vision clarity
  • Instruction on lens insertion, removal, and care
  • Ongoing support and adjustments as needed

Whether you're nearsighted, farsighted, have astigmatism, or need multifocal lenses, we’ll guide you to the right solution.

Types of Lenses We Offer

We fit a wide range of soft contact lenses, including:

  • Daily Disposables: Convenient, hygienic, and great for beginners
  • Toric Lenses: For patients with astigmatism, providing stable, sharp vision
  • Multifocal Lenses: For patients with presbyopia, offering clear vision at all distances
  • Extended Wear Options: Approved for occasional overnight use (as appropriate)
  • Hybrid or Specialty Lenses: For hard-to-fit eyes or more complex prescriptions

Not sure what type of lens you need? Dr. Mancini will walk you through every option.

Ongoing Contact Lens Management

Because your eyes can change over time, contact lens wear requires regular monitoring. We’ll review your comfort, eye health, and vision with annual exams to ensure your lenses continue to work well for you.

Please note: Contact lens fittings are billed separately from your routine eye exam. Our practice operates on a fee-for-service model with payment due at the time of care. While we don’t bill insurance directly, we’re happy to file your paid visit on your behalf or provide detailed receipts for self-submission – making the process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
